The Bill (Reg. No.1297) defines the principles of control of precancer and breast cancer, authorities of executive and local self-government bodies, legal principles of international cooperation in the said field.
However, the said Bill should not only regulate the issue concerning prevention, diagnosis and medical treatment, but also include the statement regarding medical and social rehabilitation of the sick, since the breast cancer has severe psychologically traumatic influence.
Therefore, the Committee recommends that the subject of legislative initiative finalizes the Bill, taking into consideration the introduced motions, in order to coordinate the Bill with effective legislation and international law.
